Gymnast Simone Biles is seriously impressive. You may know her from her days as part of the “final five” Team USA gymnastics team in the 2016 Olympics, and she’s only gotten better and better since then. Now, at the age of 22 years old, she has broken a brand new record and made history.

At the recent U.S. Gymnastics Championships, Biles became the first woman to land a clean triple-double. Just to be clear, that involves two flips and three twists — all in the air — and landing cleanly. According to The Washington Post, only two men in the world have accomplished the same move.

The world was amazed by Biles’ feat, and people expressed their awe and praise all over Twitter. Dictionary.com shared a tweet that featured a video of Biles performing the triple-double along with the dictionary definition of the word “flawless.”

Earlier in the competition, Biles did make an attempt at the triple-double, but used her hands in order to prevent herself from falling down. However, a mere two days later she attempted the move again and was able to perform it flawlessly!

After she stuck the landing, Biles said:  “I’m just happy that I landed it. After Night one, my confidence got shot down, so I was really worried about it going into today. That’s all I could worry about.”

If you’re still not impressed, earlier in the competition weekend, she also performed a double-double dismount from the balance beam, making history as the first person to ever attempt and land this move! Well done, Simone.
