Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife.” Whenever that line gets delivered in this iconic, epic, legendary, (insert a million more kick a** descriptive words here), hearts everywhere thump a mile a minute. There’s no doubt that Gladiator and Russell Crowe are beyond brilliant but we still can’t forgive the ~one~ crucial movie mistake. There’s a fight scene that takes place in the Coliseum and a chariot overturns, underneath it shows a gas canister that had fueled the chariot. Gas canisters never existed during the Roman Empire and no one ever edited the mistake.

There’s no doubt about it, Grease was well ahead of its time and is still adored by many to this day. Which is why have to point out the scene where the waitress completely misses the light switch when walking into the kitchen but the lights come on anyway. Like we said, ahead of its time.
